The idea for “A Gastronomic voyage through the world” is inspired by my love for cooking and travelling. I love to explore countries and cultures by learning their cuisine, traditions and heritage that inspire the dish as well as the use of local ingredients. I love to discover the “why” behind each culture’s unique flavours, dishes and traditions. I cooked all the food and endeavoured to stay true to the traditional cooking methods and ingredients.
