Morocco

Moroccan food is an explosion of flavours and aromas from across the Mediterranean to the Sahara Desert. The fusion of flavours and ingredients from Africa, Europe and the Middle East are combined to give the Moroccon cuisine its unique and distinct flavour. It's spicy, fragrant, hearty and wholesome. Although this cuisine is using well known ingredients from the Mediterranean, Africa and Middle-East, the combination and taste are totally unique and different from the rest of the world. Morocco is known for its tender tagines and fruity yet spicy couscous.
